Charley Hull is proving once again why she’s a force to be reckoned with—both on and off the golf course. The LPGA and Ladies European Tour (LET) star recently gave fans a behind-the-scenes look at her fitness routine, sharing clips from her intense gym sessions on Instagram. Known for her commitment to strength and endurance, Hull’s latest updates showcase her dedication to staying in peak form.

With an impressive 719K followers, Hull keeps her fans engaged with regular glimpses into her life. On February 22, she posted a series of photos and videos, giving fans a front-row seat to her workouts. One standout moment? Flaunting her toned abs while pushing her endurance limits. Alongside her workout updates, she humorously captioned a post:

“Life recently. Ft Kate thinking she’s Spider-Man @precisiongolfkate.”

Hull frequently trains with Kate Davey, a Hyrox athlete, and her latest post featured Davey scaling a rope with ease—an effort that even Hull couldn’t resist capturing on camera.

A Relentless Work Ethic

Despite taking a well-deserved break after wrapping up her 2024 LPGA season, Hull didn’t stay away from the gym for long. She competed in the Hyrox Corby Sims on January 16, finishing an impressive third. And with her eyes set on the 2025 Saudi PIF Ladies International Tour, she’s back in full training mode.

On February 11, Hull shared a fresh batch of workout pictures, emphasizing the importance of strength training with the caption:

“Not always cardio. Strength sessions are a must to.”

Speaking Out on LPGA Leadership

Beyond the gym and the greens, Hull recently weighed in on the LPGA Tour’s search for a new commissioner following Mollie Marcoux Samaan’s departure. In an interview with GolfMagic, she kept her stance neutral but emphasized the importance of strong leadership:

“I don’t like to get too involved with the Tour politics, but I think we need someone who has a strong mind and is very knowledgeable. The LPGA is improving all the time, and we’ve been lucky to have great commissioners in the past—it’s a tough act to follow.”

Hull also highlighted how far women’s golf has come in the past decade, stressing the need to continue inspiring the next generation.

Hull’s 2025 Season So Far

Hull kicked off her 2025 season with a solid performance at the Cognizant Founders Cup, where she finished 8-under, tying for 19th place. She followed it up with another strong showing at the PIF Saudi Ladies International, securing a T8 finish on February 15.

As she balances intense training with competition, Hull remains one of the most exciting and determined players on the LPGA Tour. With her eyes set on more wins, fans can expect plenty more electrifying performances from the British star.
