Bryson DeChambeau, known for shaking up the golf world by joining LIV Golf in 2022, is set to make a rare appearance outside the LIV circuit as he prepares to lead an International Series event on the Asian Tour in India come 2025. This anticipated participation will be his first non-LIV Tour event in two years, apart from major championships. DeChambeau’s departure from the PGA Tour and embrace of LIV sparked headlines, but he has since built an impressive record, including two individual LIV titles, a team championship win with Crushers GC, and the U.S. Open victory at Pinehurst No. 2.

Reports by *Hindustan Times* hint that all Crushers GC members, including Charles Howell III, Paul Casey, and India’s Anirban Lahiri, will join DeChambeau in the event. Though details are yet to be officially confirmed by the Asian Tour, the International Series, backed by Saudi Public Investment Fund, has consistently attracted high-profile talent with its global events across Asia and Europe.

DeChambeau has long championed LIV’s vision to broaden golf’s appeal, and he aims to bring this enthusiasm to India. He reflected, “I feel like there are multiple ways to grow the game… If [LIV] helps inspire a young kid to swing a golf club, that’s what I’m here for.” With a goal to bridge traditional and modern golf, DeChambeau’s venture into India is expected to draw significant attention and contribute to LIV’s larger mission of making golf more globally accessible.
