Aryna Sabalenka ended her 2024 season on a high, claiming two Grand Slam titles, namely the Australian Open and the US Open. She also solidified her spot as the World No. 1. Now, as the 2025 season unfolds, she’s already making waves in Brisbane, where she’s set to begin her campaign at the Brisbane International on December 31. But while her focus is on the matches ahead, Sabalenka is showing that a little fun and relaxation can go hand in hand with the serious side of tennis. While enjoying the warm Aussie weather, Sabalenka has been indulging in some sweet treats with her boyfriend, Georgios Frangulis, and hopping on the latest social media trends. What is it?

One trend catching fire on TikTok and Instagram Reels is the “We listen and we don’t judge” game. The premise? You reveal something embarrassing or funny, and the other person can’t judge you for it. In a hilarious clip shared by the WTA and Brisbane International’s Instagram accounts, Sabalenka gave the game a shot with her coach, Anton Dubrov. And let’s just say, things got a little out of hand.

The World No.1 revealed, “One time I pretended I was really tired, but I wasn’t that tired… just to skip the second heat and go shopping. We listen and we don’t judge.” Her coach had no choice but to keep a straight face—rules are rules. But Dubrov wasn’t going to let the Belarusian player off the hook without spilling his own confession. During his turn, he said, “One week when we’ve been practicing and you’ve been so frustrated on the court, I said that I’m sick and I skip one practice. We listen and we don’t judge.”

The twist had the 26-year-old player absolutely stunned. She cursed in disbelief, proving that maybe judging isn’t so easy after all!

Sabalenka later reposted the clip on her Instagram story with the caption, “😂😂😂😂got spicier at the end😂.”

But just because the 3-time Grand Slam champion is having fun doesn’t mean she’s not prepping for the new season ahead. She’s ready for the Australian hard-court swing, starting with Brisbane International.
